Cancellation Policy of Registration
All cancellations should be sent in writing to the Conference Office. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
- 100% refund (minus $50 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before February 15, 2025.
- No refund is given if cancellation is received after February 15, 2025.
Payment and Confirmation
Registrations are billed and charged by the World Institute of Pain (address: 301 North Main Street, Suite 2604, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 USA; contact: Mark Tolliver). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Conference Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Secretariat via email at vamos@congressline.hu.
All payments should be made in USD. The sender must pay all bank transfer charges. Payments sent after March 1, 2025, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

The card number with an expiry date, the cardholder’s name, the cardholder’s billing address, the CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is—only in case of VISA and EC/MC), and the cardholder’s signature are needed.
